The biggest concern is if he's starting, easing him in would be best with limited snaps and then ramp it up when he shows better consistency unfortunately Mykel is hurt and Keion is our only other 3 down edge. We do have Fred and Dre behind him but in short yard situations he might single handily give up the 1st down
Idk he's made plays

Beside Raheem, Kareem has connection to two other 49ers (alumni): Kareem's lone NFL sack came against Alex Smith. Jeff Ullbrich was his previous DC.

You have no choice when half your dline are injured. Counting Mykel they have 10 dlinemen on their roster and 5 of them may not play. And two of those 5 who will play is coming off a major Injury and hasn't really practiced all offseason and the other got shot in the ankle. And i forgot to mention Collins who is coming g off shoulder surgery who is still not all the way back.

Murphy is a leverage monster. I was so pissed when ya'll got him. I was a buck over Williams guy in the draft both turned out to be studs.

Collins technique is junk. Wasn't great at Texas and he's been hurt in both off seasons now….wasn't a fan of the pick. We will see.

I remember him during the draft process. I had him in one of my drafts (I think). Size length coming out of ND.

This.

Worth noting that Matthew Stafford is 22 worst against pressure, which is something I've always noticed about his game and why I'm not as high on him as many. He throws a great ball but he REALLY doesn't want to get hit. You can see it in his eyes and body movement when he knows the walls are closing in. He'll throw the ball up for grabs or try and make some half-assed over the shoulder pass to keep his jersey clean. Maybe it's a holdover from his Detroit years. If Osa and Halton can push the center of pocket and knock him down a few times I've no doubt his true colors will begin to show.

Personally, I like my QB to stay cool under pressure, which is why Joe will always be my favorite. I'll even give Kurt Warner some props in that department. Honestly, I don't know how he survived Mike Martz's offense. It seemed like he would get absolutely blasted about five times a game, but he would always hang in there and take it.

Smart man. I was debating between Burrow or Egbuka as WR2, but I was pissed at how the Bucs handled Irving's injury last year. Said he could be back after 3 weeks, and he ended up missing 8 weeks and 7 games. They never put him on IR so he was taking up a precious bench spot in this league. Teams have been doing this quite often with their star/good players expected to be out about 3-4 weeks. Bowers and Pearsall were two others last year. Because of this, I am a proponent of letting teams use one of our two IR spots for players deemed out for that week.

Because of Jacobs' situation, I drafted Jordan Love as QB2 and Kaleb Johnson as RB4. Without Jacobs or as he wears down, if LeFleur believe Love is his franchise QB, I would think he leans more on Love's arm in the redzone and his steady stable of WRs and Kraft. Kaleb Johnson was my super low-risk and potential medium reward pick in the last round. Marshawn Lloyd has not shown he can stay healthy, and even he if does, I doubt the Packers lean on him too much given his injury history. Coming out of the 2025 NFL draft, I had eyes on Johnson as a potential 49ers pick because he came from Iowa's zone run scheme, and now he is in Green Bay. Not too crazy of a scenario that Johnson could be RB1 at some point for the Packers.

I predict Tyrone Tracy getting traded to GB. With an outside chance of AJ Dillon getting moved back to GB from CAR
